I'm not sure why this page is hiding its TOC. The main [[Patch Notes]] page displays its TOC, which seems helpful, and I think this Archive page should do so too. I've now [[Special:Diff/5879/6714|removed]] <code><nowiki>__NOTOC__</nowiki></code> so that the TOC is now displayed. If there's a specific reason why the TOC shouldn't be displayed on this page, please let me know and feel free to revert this change.
