Usage:

There can be a maximum of 2 outputs, and 6 inputs. Remove any that are not used.

NOTE: The Out1/Out2 and In1...In6 Fields MUST match the file name, but WITHOUT the Icon_ prefix or .png suffix.
For example, if the icon file name is Icon_Unknown.png then you would put: Unknown. This allows the mouseover alt text to be just the Item name, and the Template adds the Icon_ and .png to load the image.
