⚫	Here's a formula for determining how many water pumps you need to fill a belt:
			* After placing a Pump you can fill the liquid with foundations, it will still extract liquid. This allows to place far more pumps on large bodies of liquid.
			* Pumps can be rotated similar to Miners to better cover the edges.
