It can dynamically balance the supply and demand in the planetary logistics system, but it will only work for the logistics station it belongs to.
Summary
Logistics Drone carrying capacity is upgradable from 25 items to a maximum of 100 items at Logistics Carrier Capacity Lv8.
Logistics Drone speed may be infinitely upgraded from 8 m/s with the Logistics Carrier Engine upgrade. (Logistics Drone Carrier Engine Upgrade Level 7 = 26.4m/s).
