Additional Notes

Upon exceeding the maximum transport capacity of the Conveyor Belt Mk.III the output of the Oil Extractor will be piled. Since then the output cargo will be output in two-stacks when needed. Increasing the Oil Extractor output by every additional 1800 items/min will raise the stacking limit by 1 up to 4.

The stacking limit will apply regardless of the connected belt tier. For example, when 1800 items/min gets exceeded for some Oil Extractor, its output cargo will be put in 2-stacks even if Mk.I or Mk.II belt is connected.

Player Tips & Tricks

The Production per second tooltip in the game is the base rate of production of the Crude Oil Seep. Oil refineries *are* affected by Veins Utilization, and may produce more Crude Oil per second than is displayed.
- Example: A crude oil seep listed at 2.96 crude oil/s and three levels of Vein Utilization unlocked (+30% mining speed total), will have the Oil Extractor produce crude oil at 230.9 crude oil/min. This results in 230.9 crude oil/min / 60 s = 3.84 crude oil/s, which matches the Veins Utilization upgrade amount: 2.96 crude oil/s * 1.3 = 3.84 crude oil/s
- As a result, building expandable oil refinery factories may be desirable when considering future research.
