The sun continuously radiates energy outwards in the

form of electromagnetic waves. Laying solar panels can
collect these radiant energy, but it is a small part. We

need a more efficient way.

Summary

Solar Collection is a fifth level technology that will allow you to create Solar Panel. This tech is also a prerequisite for Energy Storage (Tech) and Photon Frequency Conversion (Tech).
