Input the Proliferator into the Spray Coater from the conveyor belt port above the Spray Coater and it will be sprayed on the cargos. When the sprayed cargos are used as raw materials to produce the next-level products, it can obtain Extra Products or Production Speedup, it will also increase the power consumption.

Summary

Proliferators can be sprayed onto items on conveyor belts using a Spray Coater; when sprayed items are used as raw materials to produce the next-level products, proliferation gives extra products or production speedup --- at the cost of higher power consumption.

Note that for the proliferator bonus to apply, all inputs have to be proliferated. If some inputs have lower proliferation level than others, the lowest among all inputs is used.
