Player Tips & Tricks
- The Production per second tooltip in the game is the base rate of production of the Crude Oil Seep. Oil refineries *are* affected by Veins Utilization, and may produce more Crude Oil per second than is displayed.
- Example: A crude oil seep listed at 2.96 crude oil/s and three levels of Vein Utilization unlocked (+30% mining speed total), will have the Oil Extractor produce crude oil at 230.9 crude oil/min. This results in 230.9 crude oil/min / 60 s = 3.84 crude oil/s, which matches the Veins Utilization upgrade amount: 2.96 crude oil/s * 1.3 = 3.84 crude oil/s
- As a result, building expandable oil refinery factories may be desirable when considering future research.
