This facility will 'daisy-chain' - Small Carrier Rockets can be fed into one facility from a belt, via a sorter and it will pass on any spare rockets, via a sorter, to another facility or belt.
Placing this facility and then the next facility rotated 180 degrees as close as possible will allow you to directly connect them both with only a sorter to make 'daisy-chaining' more efficient.
